Africa is brimming with victims who trusted family members, acquaintances and others, to whom they sent significant sums of money for construction projects or any other business, only to later realize it was all a mirage. And what recourse do these victims have? Often, practically nothing. It was therefore a no brainer to establish an appropriate structure to make any potential investment a success.

With over 30 years of experience in service coordination and project management, Jean Francois Ezhan Amichia or Frank as he is known by those closest to him, is the driving force behind AGS - DICI. A graduate of Cambridge College & Suffolk University School of Management in Boston, he has honed a keen ability to streamline operations and enhance team collaboration, resulting in successful project completions and satisfied clients.

We also work with the Notary firm of attorney…, which is responsible for drafting and authenticating legal documents, such as contracts and real estate sales deeds, etc. Its mission also includes advising our clients on the legal, tax, and asset aspects of their projects. Integrated Energy Security Company (IESC)

Given the poor state of the electrical grid in many African countries, Mr. Eddi Abrogouah, former Director of structuring projects for LNG and the Abatta thermal power plant (PETROCI), has established a new company for the integration of gas generators in businesses, homes, and other facilities.
AGS-DICI is working with Mr. Abrogouah and his company IESC to offer integrated gas generator systems as standard or premium equipment in new constructions, providing reliable backup power to residents.
